Dream2Career is a WOSB located in Pennsylvania with 20+ years of experience providing marketing, recruitment, and training solutions to attract, retain, and inspire the workforce of tomorrow.

Dream2Career offers the first of its kind marketing platform using HIF Logic that aims to help individuals, particularly undecided jobs seekers, discover and pursue their dream careers by providing access to information about entry-level jobs, career development programs, career events, and opportunity travel that inspire student success.

We are a student-led research team working with Dream2Career to better understand how adults can explore career pathways and discover meaningful opportunities through getting back on campus. We aim to provide clear insights that support Dream2Career’s mission of connecting learners with real-world career experiences. Our goal is to translate our findings into recommendations that improve access and awareness to certain events that can inspire future learners to come for the first time or even come back on campus.
